For one of my undertakings, I needed to benchmark a Salary Analyst position and share results with the hiring manager for that position.
Benchmarking for a particular position can start with selecting the position title from the list of job titles for which we collected the most data points. Another way to filter the data would be to build a combination of a few relevant job titles.
The next step is to focus on the geo that you were tasked to target: the State and the City within the state. You can use interactive maps to filter data by one location. Or (the same way as with the Job title) location filters can be built for multiple locations.
You can see details of most elements in that element popup, which opens if you place the mouse cursor over the interactive element.
Infographics with the data can then be shared via downloading the PDF or by making a screenshot.
